    110 W/Brake Problem

That pressure sensor isn't really necessary. It's one of those "belt and braces" things. My 110 van hasn't got one, it just has the low fluid sensor on the reservoir cap.

    Any tips for painting wheels?

x2. Mine are painted with Rustoleum semi-gloss black, and I didn't even sand. I just wiped them down with lacquer thinner and painted them on a hot summer day. A couple years later and they look fine, and I hit them with the pressure washer all the time.

No tech just love the RRC

I removed the stock cooler, mounted an aftermarket unit (B&M, I think) to one side out of the way, cut the hard lines and fabbed soft lines to the new cooler. Took a couple hours, not a bad job at all. It's been in nearly a year, no problems at all.

    fuel gauge futzing

I replaced the fuel pump ass'y in my '92 RRC last summer. It was a drop-in from AB, and the power plug was mis-wired, which I discovered after installation. The send wire for the fuel gauge and the power wire to the pump were swapped, so when I plugged it in it sent a full 12v to the fuel...

    Definitive Answer/ 10-24 Spline Swap

On my '92, I swapped to 24 spline in the rear when I installed the ARB. The axles I got dropped right in, no problems. I thought they were from a D1, but they may have been from a Defender.

Heading to Portland and Lincoln City, OR

Probably should schedule a visit to one of the Moe's Chowder locations. Good chowder, Oregon tradition. Screw the cheese, hit up the Tillamook Creamery for some Wild Mountain Blackberry ice cream. Get on down to Newport, to the Rogue Ales Public House. Rogue is one of the best brewers in...

    Rebuild 4.2 or should I bolt in a 4.6

There's not a huge diff in power/torque between the 4.2 and 4.6, but in a RRC every little bit helps. AB has distributor ignition 4.6 shortblocks for about $4500.

    Relocating AT cooler lines

My experience says hose and clamps are fine. If someone else knows different, hopefully they'll chime in.

    Relocating AT cooler lines

And now another installment from "The Cheap Bastard". I had to re-route for the same reason as you -- needed room for the winch. I cut off the hard lines and soldered on copper plumbing pipe. I used an aftermarket cooler, a B&M I think, which uses barb fittings and hose clamps to connect...
