Seeing as there are several people with downed disco's I think we should move this to next Saturday. If no one wants to do this I may ride up with a friend in an FZJ-80. So my winch is out unless I get lucky friday with brake pads from God! Any takers? I'm even up for another ride later next month. My friend said Morris Mtn. had awesome trails...

I didn't get my winch bumper finished and my winch still hasn't showed up - but I'm still going

For those that don't go this weekend, when I get my bumper finished I will head out there again (end of feb?)

Ill probably just slap some cheap pads from NAPA on and meet yall there. I guess we are looking at meeting at 10am?

What are the specifics?

Here are some pictures of me at Morris Mountain from when I went in July of 2006. I highly recommend it.

I wish I could make it this weekend but it will not happen this time. I plan on making it back again this Summer. Post pictures and let me know what you all did. When you get to "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" you better only try The Good if you do either of the three.

As long as I get my new pads on, I'm in. Just have to get the swampers on too. I should be there along with two Cruisers.

I say we meet up around the entrance around 10:30 (I don't want to get up too early). I have heard there is a gas station around the corner.

Entry is $20 for the day and $30 for the weekend. I'm assuming someone has called and made sure they're not booked.

I'm not leading the trip, just throwin something out.

So far we have:
1 DII
2 FJ-80
1 J**p
? DI

We cant have more of the other makes show up then Rovers! How capapble are the other trucks? One FZJ is locked and on 34" the other is open and on 36"...

sounds good to me. lets get together near the entrance at 10:30. i have not called, can it get booked? my rubi is very capable, but is still stock- its an 06 give me some time...my rover is just acting weird and i dont want to stress it. i dont really know who is leading this ride, i just am trying to keep it alive......ive never been to an off road park, so i dont know if i should be the one, like i said i'm just trying to get a ride together. my je*p is khaki, so look out for me. i know phishinrover's disco is silver with black wheels and a rack, what does every one else look like so we can watch for each other when getting there?

I'll be the guy in the Epsom Green DII on Swampers with black rims... Ill also be with a green 97 FZJ-80 on 34" and a white FJ-80 on 36". I don't mind leading even though Ive never been. My friend has driven the trails. It should be fun. I think we should start with a class 2s and go from there.

Class 2 Trails
1. In addition to Class 1 modifications
2. 31" Off road tires
3. Come along/winch.

Class 3 Trails
1. In addition to Class 2 modifications
2. 33" Off road tires
3. Winch
4. At least 1 traction aiding device - locker, spool, etc.

meet at the entrance @ 10:30

Make sure to read over the park rules and requirements thoroughly I guess... My cell phone number is in my profile...

I believe most obstacles have go arounds, but I would rather not lead. I've never been either. We will need a winch out front though... Anyhow, maybe my friend who has been there will lead.
