why is the output shaft on the range rover auto transmission fine splines where the output shaft of the discovery auto transmission is course splines? wanted to replace a borg warner tcase for a lt230 and the tcase input splines are different! course for lt230 and fine spline for borg warner!

anybody swap a complete gems 4.0 into an engineless 94 disco? the whole works, including wiring harness and engine ecu? I do not have a 3.9 to swap parts with! the disco is complete other than the missing motor.

Anyone have suggestions on what springs I should install on my 109 hybrid? It is a 67 IIA 109 5 door that I put on a 1992 RRC chassis lengthened to 108". It has the RRC springs on the back and it bottoms out with 8 guys in it. Thanks....Pat

Is there different VSS units to match different tire sizes? I installed 255X85X16 tires and speedo and shiftpoints need adjusting.

Anybody tried to use Series 15"steel wheels on a RRC? Brake rotor clearance issues? Back-spacing? I have access to several sets of the old 15" steel series wheels with 31x 10.5 mud terrains mounted. Any opinions? I found nothing in search....Thanks....Pat
