anybody swap a complete gems 4.0 into an engineless 94 disco? the whole works, including wiring harness and engine ecu? I do not have a 3.9 to swap parts with! the disco is complete other than the missing motor.

Buy the front cover drive and distributor from the guy a couple of posts down and leave the wiring alone. IMHO
2nd the above. Cheap and easy to do and sooooo much easier/simpler.
You can even sell the 4.0 cover/coil pack etc to someone.
