RRC seat in 109

I installed the rear seat in a 1983 110. As long as the width will fit it is pretty easy. The challenge is the front corners of the seat as there is no support for them. I used 1" square tube and made a frame to support it. I used the existing holes in the floor and the seat to bolt it in. No pictures, as I do not have the vehicle anymore.

I'd love to see some more detailed pics of the front seat install. I was just test fitting a pair of 1988 RRC front seats to my 109 yesterday. they seemed to sit quite a bit higher than what your pictures show. Are the RRC and Disco front seat that different?

As for the rear seat I haven't seen one done.

VW Vanagon seats are a near perfect fit. The rails can be welded to the seat base of the Rover -- they fit 88" trucks as well.

Nice truck, I like the color you sprayed. What results do you get from the interior trim you've done?
