Sorry, no longer available... I have a brand-new radiator, ESR3687, which fits all Discovery I 1994-1999. Also the correct radiator for 1995 Range Rover Classic. Will probably fit earlier RRC, but I am not the expert. This is a factory original radiator, not aftermarket, and not a recore etc.

Try to investigate if the coolant could be leaking DOWN from the intake manifold. The intake manifolds are more prone to leaks, and that could run down the back of the engine and seem to be coming from the head mating surface. If it is the intake, that would be a simpler task than the head...

This is a fairly easy DIY job. The most difficult part (IMHO) are the oil cooler connections. They can be corroded and difficult to loosen. Otherwise, the rubber hoses to the engine are straightforward, and the whole radiator basically lifts out after a few brackets are unbolted.

I have a brand-new factory original Discovery I (auto trans) radiator available here, however similar to what others have said, the cost was over $350. It is the real thing though... unfortunately it is in Ontario.

The crank, rods & pistons (as a set) from a 4.6 engine can be inserted into a 4.0 block, as the bare block is the same. You may have to verify that the crank throws don't touch the casting and maybe grind off some aluminum to avoid that, but the block is the same. For the ECU, it could be...

Yes, you should have no problem to fit them. Attaching points are in the body already. Are you getting the side panels (trim boards)? If not, you will need to cut holes in yours to expose the mounting points...
