My OME's (779/762) have sagged near 3/4" or so since they were installed. But they haven't gotten any lower in over a year. So the suppose 2" spring lift is more around a 1.25-1.75" lift.

Which fram filter? The cheap orange can? Those are trash. Only fram worth buying is the synthetic one. But its overpriced.

No oil or filter should be ran for 25K miles. Yes I know Amsoil's outrageous claims. Still not a good reason. 15K max for synthetic in a engine that is easy on oil.

Reason for short OCIs in the rovers is the fuel dilution. It isn't because the engine is hard on oil or because the oil can't take it. It just gets too diluted with fuel. I suggest 3-5K.

Exactly, it's a band aid. It just makes your oil thicker. There is absolutely Zero ZDDP, Zero Boron, Zero Calcium, ect.. in this goo. It is a overpriced oil thickener. If you want thicker oil run a thicker oil. Put in 15w50 or 85w140.

Sorry I didn't clarify, not all 0w40s sheer. But Mobil 1 0w40 definitely sheers to a 0w30 very quickly. I also think there is some truth that a 0w40 will sheer faster than a 5w40 if they are of the same base stocks and additive packages. Almost positive that M1 does not have one oil that is...
