That is why I've said it should be called a "Karma Gratitude", as you will give the rifle as a THANK YOU for the 1/100 donors, and since there is only one rifle, you will randomly select a number to offer your gratitude.
Since the Organizer and the donor of the rifle are excluded, NO GAMBLING LAWS are broken and NO CONFLICT of INTEREST exist :victory:

I took some pics with my phone and wrote down all the numbers on the sticker that ID'd the motor, but all the info is in my truck which i'm not in right now. I'll get back to you when I get home.
