Please give us your feedback, any vibration comming through the heim joints? Rebuildable flex joints transmit less vibration as they usually use a urathane damper inside but cost a lot more, and may not be as strong. nice set up!

Hey Dallas, do you mean like a Johnny Joint or something? That would be cool. If you could find one the right size you could probably use it on the end of one of the rods I made. I personally haven't noticed any more vibration with mine. Mine still has the crappy heim joint, not the Midwest Control heim (nylon lined) that I used on the others.

Yes, they usually have more urathane/ nylon etc in them to offset some of the vibration that transfers through a heim style joint. But if there is no vibration felt the way your doing it is great, and costs the end user less. THis is just another option for an end for your excellent set up.

So I am kind of throwing around the idea in my head of making some adjustable panhard rods for D2s but I don't have access to a D2. Does anybody know the panhard bolt size on the D2s? And the width of the bushings? Also, are these measurements the same for the 99-02 trucks as well as the 03-04 trucks?

I've got my panhard off ready to be sent back to Rovertym. I can take those measurements for you when I get back if nobody has yet.
