Cool man, I got the $$ and the tracking info, thanks! I should be getting all the parts in today or tomorrow. And on a side-note, I don't know if this should be moved to the Parts For Sale section since I decided to sell these things, I guess thats up to the Mods to decide though.

You could always throw up another post there if you need/want to drum up some more business. I would leave this thread here though as there's quite a bit of good tech info in it.

Another note for anyone thinking of doing this on a DII - the bolt that attaches the panhard to the frame is a larger diameter than on the D1. On my '04, the bolt diameter is 16mm or 5/8". Will need to order the 3/4 to 5/8" high misalignment spacers. I found a piece of schedule 80 pipe that is the right diameter (1 1/4" i.d.) to fit the panhard and tube adapter. I have about 4" of lift on the truck, but when I detached the panhard, there was no movement between the frame attachment point and panhard - will have to do some measuring to see if I even need the adjustment.

Ok, here is the first rod. I just wanted to prove that I am actually doing something rather than just taking your money :) This one is going to FishEH as soon as it is painted.

I got his core so I will be welding it up here in the next few days and it will go to the next guy.

FishEH, I dropped your rod off at UPS this morning, they said you should get it by next Thursday. I didn't have your email address on me when I dropped it off so when I get a tracking number I will send it to you.

muger, yes I have parts for a few more. Do you have a spare you could send me first or do you need to send me your core after I make you one? And yes, my office is straight across the street from Wingers!

Do you happen to know the size specs on the tubing used for the stock panhard (rrc/d1)?

Hole dimensions, wall etc.

The stock D90/RRC/D1 rods are 1" diameter solid. The bolt holes are 14mm and approximately 32.25" apart (on center). Is that the info you wanted?

I didn't realize they were solid. Explains the sleeve mod. Cool, thanks!

Oh crap, I gotta be careful with the way I word my posts in this thread! It could get pretty explicit!
