the fan doesn't turn easily when engine is off, but it is producing some major wind under the bonnet. It kind of sounds like the fan is running.

Sounds like it has lowered gearing or something. Engine is louder than normal - revs up faster. Every gear sounds lower than normal. Anyone know what this could be? It happened suddenly too; just driving then a lot louder. No noticable driving differences.

There are two plastic molding pieces right below the windsheld (exterior) before the bonnet. There is one on both sides I would love to get a pair of those.
