I would trade in the beat of a heart!! That Rover is way cooler

I Knew you were gonna say that...getting the defender though starts the vicious cycle of mods again and I'll be supporting a 2 rover habit...could my bank account handle such carnage...as it sits my Disco on paper is as good if not better than the Defender...moreso in bad weather thanks to a real HVAC system and a roof etc etc...

Dammit....you guys are not helping me:cheers:

Trade it.

Audi's blow ass (and this is a Rover message board so take that with a grain of salt). My buddy had two newer model Audi's both bought brand new and they both went to shit quickly. He now drives a Benz.

Bear in mind I have owned this since new..and have shook out all the failed parts, and upgraded everthing else beyond audi's spec's....so the car is pretty rock solid and capable of embarassing much fancier cars

I bet if you made the trade and decided you wanted to go back to a TT you could sell the 90, get another TT and make it the way you want it/currently have it, and still have enough money left over for another project.

nice looking TT but go for the trade. I don't know about all that shit hanging off the 90, though......

I honestly would be hard pressed to give up the audi for the defender if I already had a disco.

I would probably sell the disco before the audi to buy the defender.

Having a nice car to drive is sometimes a lot handier and economical.
