Now you say you believe that many of the laws are contextual. I'll grant you that. How do you know the prohibitions on homosexuality are contextual. The population was limited, death came early, there was a need to procreate as much as possible. In addition, the Jews, and early Christians, were persecuted and put in to slavery. Greater procreation would help ensure survival of the culture. Those are conditions that are no longer present today. So certainly it's possible those contextual laws, that no longer apply today, could also apply to homosexuality.
