Ive got both. Tent cot and tent bed. No rain problems with the fly, easy to move and set up on top of rack or ground. Tent bed fits me and my two kids with no problem. Tent cot is used for solo runs very convenient.

I've seen some of the Hannibal fold out products but since I don't have a Hannibal Rack I don't know about compatibility issues. Does anyone have a tent option on thier Safety Device Rack? Any friendly advice?

I use a Technitop and it works great in rain and even snow. It's easy to set up and the awnings and shower stall are WAY cheaper than the hannibal options. You can mount them all in the same manner. They have a poly shell with a double floor with airspace for added insulation instead of just slapping the mattress on a piece of plywood.
