Looks like Ho would have been happy with those wheel flares back on the truck, but they are stupid right?

The show was actually pretty well done.

She really needed to stop talking about 30sec. into that, otherwise it was a pretty cool segment.

Disco... Defender... it's all the same, right?
Good, you noticed that too, I thought she was talking about Jack's Disco with that comment.

The future of the show likely doesn't involve us.
That was a one time deal.

Basically, Rebecca goes around visiting different "truck" people.
Unfortunately, they hardly ever do anything more than chat at the shop or plant of some manufacturer and roll some dirt roads or whatnot. If you watched the show on TV there was a segment before ours on TLC and the ICON they build.
It was LAME.
Little to no offroading and Rebecca didn't get to do shit. Our segment ended up getting 3/4 of the airtime and the production company made it sound like it was the best episode they'd done.

If you've watched any of these saturday morning offroad shows, you know the bar is set pretty low.
I was pleased when it didn't turn out to be a total waste of time.

Well, I thought it presented off-roading in a very positive light. The whole Tread-lightly concept was never really popular, but I don't think the general public as a whole thinks we're out there destroying the earth either. If I was watching the show as layperson I'd think that those type of off-roaders were a pretty decent bunch, the way it was displayed in the show.

And yes, I've seen a few "truck" shows that are all about choppin' and Kustomizin' your Japanese pickup with giant rims and lowriding kits...

Congrat's it was a nice surprise when I saw that logo flashing on TV... very cool.

she did say d-90 instead of disco, it was also very cool to see her get all scared in both the disco and the range rover... the sad thing was not to see any rr classics...

and please next time someone asks if you considered yourself MEtroGay... please don't open your mouth LOL...

it was very cool indeed! congrats!

Simon.
