Geri,
I could go down to $100 if it is local pickup but unfortunately one of the guys that bought a rod has not sent me his core back so I don't have a finished one ready right now. I should be able to get one welded up Thursday and then painted the following day or two.

No problem, I'll try to get mine shipped today, so you get it tomorrow, afternoon, from here to Utah it takes, a day, she's only going to be down for a day or so, so your idea might not work, I'll shoot you and email if I do thanks

Sounds good. Just so everyone knows, I still have one left. I have had a few people ask me about it, whoever send me payment first gets it!

So how about I send you a couple of D2 and a couple of D1 rods and you send me a D2 one when they are ready?

I will have to think about that, thanks.

Damn like 2 hrs too late I knew it too.

First in line for the next batch if you ever do another.

Sounds good, I will be sure to let you know if I end up doing more.

I have been pretty swamped lately with work and school but I may do some more this summer. Are there any others who would want one if I did another batch this summer? Also, I would probably charge just a bit more (like $120).

Cool! Loks like there is enough interest for me to do another run of these. Like I said earlier, it may not be until the summer that I will have enough time on my hands to do this. I will keep you all posted though. And any others that would be interested let me know so I will know what parts I will need to buy.

Macro1, where are you in Utah? Are you on the Great Basin Rovers google group? I think I might be posting there as well to see if any local guys want one.

Im in Riverton and no I'm not part of the group but probably should be. I'm up at Bills every couple of months and my poor bro even has his rover in the shop there.

Have you tried heim joints on both ends? Using the pressed in bushings creates a weak spot. I blew two brand new ones out jumping my truck once. Wasn't a crazy move. Just the front wheels came off the ground and landed rough. Blew the pressed in bushings right out.

I bought a used one with both heim joints from Alberto a while back. Fixed my wobble issues.
