I think that the fittings are not standard thread pitches, thats why people have not gone this route. Just go to a custom hose shop and have them make you hardened SS lines. Mine cost under $80 for the whole thing.

I went to a heavy equipment shop & redid min for 50. They even used a heavy duty cover for abraision-heat protection.
