So, he's stupid enough, and rich enough to drive a RR Sport through heavy traffic like that; dumb enough to provide the evidence with the video tape, but too cheap to buy a proper dash mount for his video camera.

Hell, if you pulled in front of me (of fifteen years ago), you'd be staring at my brake lights five feet away when you expected this the least, a few minutes later. And SafariGard rear bumper is no match for a city bus or a garbage truck.
Driving in Moscow is not much different from driving in NY - but there are completely crazy drivers with shitloads of money, that are relatively immune from law enforcement. Take your pick.

I'm talking about here in Portland, with the idiots with Honda Civics that sound like they are farting when they reach 2000 RPM. They drive 90-110 mph to get to their community college classes in the morning.
I don't know what you mean by the garbage truck thing. I thought the video was from inside a RR Sport. That would be one fast garbage truck.
Acting upon your arrogance is stupidity. I mean, if a person really thinks he is such a special human being who deserves to be able to drive like that, I think that person is stupid. And if a person's arrogance tells them they can do that forever, and not pay for it, or do that to other people, and not pay for it, that is stupidity -- even in post-communist Russia -- that arrogance comes back on you at some point, in some way.
