try this out!!!!! Have a friend stand next to you car, call them from far enough where your alarm button wont work, while connected to your friend, hold your alam up to the cell phone and have them hold their cell up to the drivers door, it will activate the alarm....So I think I will get another alarm, leave it with someone else so I can call them if I lock my keys inside my car.

My Co-Worker and I tried that out during lunch time at work.
With a Toyota Camry. Even with out the Cell, it worked from Far away.
But the Cell phone myth is Busted. !
Never work'd threw the cell.:smilelol:
