THe rubicon is on the schedule, i know ive been saying it for a while, but im serious!
as far as the knee goes i also gpt a continuous motion machine, so thats helping me stay linber, the nerve blcok is just about out of meds, so looks like in an hour or so im on meds only..

48 hour nerve block, man you got lucky. When i had my ORIF on my tib/fib they gave me a 12 hour. holy shit when that wore off i was in the worst pain of my entire life. I couldn't take enough vicaden. Good to hear you're doing ok. Surgery isn't fun.
Thanks steve-0 YEah that block was amazing, i havent really taken anything for pain, I have been pretty lucky....

no PT yet, ive been in the constant motion machine for an hr 4-5 times a day, and i go from 0-60 degrees, with no pain, so hopefully that will help me with my rehab...
I was the same, and, no, it didn't make it any easier....
But keep on the motion machine, it would only be worse if it stiffens up.
