I have three kids and no room for gear because of the dog. The dog must come with, so my question. I noticed Bill Burke has a trailer he pulls does anybody else use this for there gear? What would be my best way to approach a 14hr trip without putting everything on the roof? Can I really pull it on the trail?

Thanks

They make trailers that are trail ready (sounds like a Jeep commercial), but they are not cheap. Do a google search for off road trailers.... should find you a lot of expensive trailers.

Sure, lotsa cool woods trailers, mostly homeade around. Pretty easy to build. The offroad bottleneck will be the hitch. Just have to spot it, and drag it a little, and plan on getting hung by it. I wouldnt do it w/theses vehicles, but I hate towing, my issue.

Home made

I am going to build it myself just thought maybe I could get some good ideas out of some posts. I did a search (google and discoweb) but nothing on trailers on the actual trail. We can't always be turning around on the trail to head back to camp. Thanks for the info.
