First, unless those are true bead-locks, lose the red rings. They look goofy on an otherwise good looking truck. Secondly, the answer to your question is YES!

Seem like true beadlocks to me...but I may be wrong...

A LOT of trimming...specially in the back...if you indend to keep it looking as great as it is...I suggest the cut out flare from Paddocks (rubber, not the fiber glass ones)...VERY flexible, cheap-ish, and keeps things out of the sheet metal, tidy, and the door cuts are manageable...

I hope you have the right drivetrain to run those meats...

Looks good...make me miss my pre-chopped truck

Cheers,
Nadim

Sweet baby Jesus, I can stand up under that truck without messing up my hair. Good news is you can lose the lift and just hire a midget for oil changes. ;)

Hey Steve, you must be close to wheeling that thing if you have tires and rims for it... those are the 36s for the Zuk, right?

Alex, you're way faster than me. My projects have a way of dragging on for a while. I should be ready to order up the DOM pretty soon. The parts are slowly coming in. Airshox, links, heims, tabs, tires/wheels are all here and the seats are on their way. All I really need is the steering and i should be ready to pull the little zuk in the garage.

I just thought i'd throw the tires on the rover for a good laugh. I can't even turn the wheel without them rubbing. It'd be great if i was planning on going in a straight line at 10 mph on a nice flat ground.

Here's what i have so far. http://flickr.com/photos/steverupp/sets/72157608101683197/

No wonder its taking you so long, taking axle housing down to pristine bare metal and polishing them...

By the way, that spot in the quarry where you flopped it a couple of years ago has gotten much much more fun, with a couple of feet of dirt washed away. Ran it a couple of weeks ago. Drew a crowd :D

Putting those tires on a swb zukie is a waste. You'll flop it everytime you go out.

Buy a Toyota.
