I wasn't too sure about those ARB's on them, they have all been the wrong color, but the black on black looks good. Put a roof rack on it, and some sort of ARB rear maybe in the future?

The RRSport still looks much better though.

Really...what does it have? An ARB bumper...cool. Fuggy rear ladder? Huh? Black wheels? Poseur.

Independent suspension? Crap.

The only thing that is really high up on my "cool" list on that truck is that cooler armrest, and that's a regular feature anyway.

They aren't my fav but that one looks better than stock. Add a swing away tire carrier some BFG AT's and a full size rack (if there was one) and I wouldn't mind having one for the daily driver and occasional offroading adventure...but what does my opinion matter?

poseur, poser or whatever, this is the only lr3 i have ever seen that i would consider driving. black out looks good, who is that posing anyways greg?

I bet that lr3 could do everything my disco II can. but not in 6 months when i have money.

sure that LR3 might take you further off the pavement then you might think, but i'll take a '04 DII any day over that minivan. a DII is going to be far easier to work on off and on the trail. not to mention all that crap that requires less input from the driver and thus taking away drivers skill. it is like comparing a Canon point and shoot to a manual Leica 35 mm. i like the feedback the truck is giving me through the steering wheel and wheels themselves....then knowing how to react to that feedback. i don't want the 'car' deciding for me.
all those 'features' makes for one numb feeling vehicle. no thanks.

To me...it kind of is. I see it as kind of being trying to look like steelies or something. Because it's the only wheel available for the LR3, to get that kind of steel look, it has to be painted. I mean, it looks nice and all, but it's just got that element, to me, of trying to be something that can't be had.

Also, from some perspectives and motivations, it's got an Urban Assault kind of look.

I also needed an adjective for them, to go along with the style of the rest of the post in the way I listed each item with an adjective, to show how much the truck REALLY has over a stock vehicle.

I mean, it looks nice and all. For an LR3? Looks better than stock. But really, it's the same thing underneath. I mean, yeah, there's the bumper stuff, and the ladder might come in use (if there was a rack). But really, nothing that's a real off-road modification.

Now, if you said I had to have either a stock LR3 or this one, and those were my only options, then I would choose this one. Even if it has it's UAV/poser qualities, it's better than a regular LR3.

Of course, a bit of my thoughts on anything LR3 related have to be taken with a grain of salt, as I am pretty strongly anti-new-Land-Rovers these days. So if I get a chance to mudsling one, I'll take it.
