storage rack on rear tire mount

I was wondering if anyone had bought or made anything similar to the storage racks many jeeps have mounted onto their spare tire carrier, i have been looking for them but havent been able to find anything like this and was debating to have a buddy of mine try to build one if there arent any availible.. thanks

T, That door with the spare on it is very heavy as is. I don't think it's a good idea.
