Yes again, but this time the issue is the hardware. Rack & cases were delivered more than three weeks after paying, but no hardware was included. I called him and after a week he finally responded (he was on a hiking trip) and said it was taped inside one of the cases, but I had already looked there. He located the hardware in the back of his friend's truck that they had used to take it ABF's hub. Said he was going to mail it on May 23rd. I haven't received anything or heard from him. His cell phone voice mailbox is full and he is not responding to texts or e-mails. I don't think he is on a hiking trip because he just started a new job. I honestly don't know what his status is.
If anyone knows Chuck please let him know that I need the hardware ASAP so I can install the rack for a trip. This great deal on a SD Rack & cases has turned into a fiasco. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated. I never thought it would be such an ordeal dealing with a fellow DWeb member.

Okay, this getting ridiculous. I have been trying to contact SnoSrfr for over three weeks to get my rack feet clips and bolts. He was supposed to mail them the week of May 27th. I haven't heard a peep from him. I don't even know if he is alive, honestly.
Here is the deal. Anyone in Denver, CO area want to make a few bucks. I need to know what is going on. PM me if you are interested and serious. This has gone on too long.

Okay, this guy is total schmuck! He sold me the rack and cases. Took some time, but finally got them. BUT he didn't include the mounting hardware. Told me he found it and would mail it out......on May 23rd. Haven't heard a word since. Even after numerous e-mails, calls and texts. 
Don't deal with this guy unless you do it face to face. I thought I could trust a D-Webber. I hate to talk badly about someone, but this guy warrants it.

this for sale section has worked great for a long time and we the community of discoweb will sort out the few flakes that have caused issues.
If idiots want to have their names show up on google as flakes and crooks so be it, every time they apply for a job and a HR person is reviewing their application and does what is now a standard google search they will find these posts.
so list the culprits name and address and other contact information.

I agree with you both we will continue to police our own.
I also agree with making a post with nothing but the offenders name and contact info no comments from others just the problem and the info. If they resolve the issue then the post can be deleted or updated to show they made good on the deal.
