What is my best bet for seam sealer? Just welded in some floor pans and want to coat all of that and existing seams once they are cleaned up..

Sikaflex 221 is very good, or you can try and find the hardening sealer that the car makers use, which I believe is a 2-pack product dispensed from a hand applicator tool, fed from a bulk tank.

I have used and like the seam sealer products from Eastwood and have also used Sika with good results.

Butt welded most of it. Lap welded the piece from the floor up the side near the door.. Put a new piece of sheet on the side wall, then bent the floor pan piece to match up to it and welded it in..
