I have a 2.25 liter Rover diesel engine that I bought from someone on here a few years back. It has sat in my basement with good intentions since. The individual I bought it from listed it as a rebuild left at his fathers shop due to lack of payment from the original customer. I have no other details except it definitely looks rebuilt the way the parts are painted and put back. I did have the original receipt but can't find it and can't remember the actual cost....seems like it was well over $2k if I am not mistaken....but that is my speculation with my great memory;-). He also mentioned to me, as I recall that he fogged the cylinders really well. I have had the major openings stuffed with shop towels since purchase. I paid $1500 for it and would like to get $750. I will post pictures as soon as I can. Located in Stafford, VA.
