JATE rings will mount on both sides. I don't have a close up but you can see both of mine in this shot...

That sure is a purty truck you got there.

I have one JATE ring on passenger side. I too am looking to improve on this.

Question: With the aftermarket winch bumper on there, why did you feel it necessary to have the JATE rings. Wouldn't something like a Bates (?) recovery point mounted on front have been easier to rig?

I already had the JATEs before I got the front bumper. That bumper does have two swivel eyes as well but I thought the more recovery points the better.

I finally got around to getting my recovery points mounted. They are kinda the shape of a fitted sock and the drivers side matches up with the ring on the factory brush guard. They are made from 5/8" steel and are mounted with grade 8 bolts and lock nuts.

I want to say they were 11/16ths grade 8. They were the grade 8 versions of the bolts I pulled. The pic is of the lock nut side.

Thanks Jason! I had them made by one of the contractors that works for my company. You should be able to find someone local to make them. They are 5/8" steel. Off the truck they are kinda the shape of a fitted sock. Then it's just 2 holes for the bolts and one for the shackle. If you want a pattern I scanned one before I put them on the truck.
