Stoopid me. :banghead: I pullled into the garage and did not realize the rear sunroof was open. Since the thing has only an inch clearance, the open glass hit the bottom of the open door. I thought I was running over something and backed up. Worse noises. I stopped, looked up and saw the window open. We were able to push it down enough to back out. After some working, we were able to get the window to shut. However, it is evident that things are not right in the sliding mechanisms.
So, what are my choices? Can I get a used replacement window, rails and innards and put them in myself? Do you have to screw with the headliner? Can the glass be removed and the sliding mechanisms be replaced without a lot of hassle? Please let me know your thoughts.
