Rear seat noise TSB's

Does any one have any more info on these TSB's

76/19/99/NAS Play in 2nd row seat back hinge, 2nd row seat rattles

76/22/99/NAS 2nd row seat squeaking sound

76/06/99/NAS 2nd row seat squeak

76/04/99/NAS Front seat squeaks/rattles

My 2000 DII seats are driving me crazy. I found these TSB's but I don't have any way to look up what they actually say, just what they're about.

Simple fix: place large blocks of foam rubber where the seat backs meet the sides and it will stop.
