Really Weird Problem

Okay, need some immediate help if anyone knows what I'm talking about at all. This is my daily driver, and its day, and I want to drive.

So heres the problem.
Just now, I went out to start my 98 P38 and it wouldnt start. First thought.. cold/battery problem. The engine didnt even turn over. So I try it a few more times just to make sure. In doing so my fuzz buster started acting up.. it would turn on and off about ever one second. Then the lights on the heat/ac councel started doing the same, but only when the key was in the 3rd position. Then the dash screen read "Gearbox Fault." Experiencing this poblem before, I pu the key in the 3rd position and tried to move the gear shift, which should have been movable and be put into nuetral. Of corse, that didnt move so I tried to start it a few more times and still no go.

Im about to go and check the batter connection and stuff, but I just wanted to get this on here so I could get a responce ASAP.

Any recomondations of what the problem is and what to do would be great!

Almost forgot..

Also when the key is in the 3rd position there is a clicking noise that goes at the same tempo of the heat/ac lights. And the horn also, when held down, turns on and off at the same tempo. I really think this is a battery connection problem but then the dome lights do not turn on and off like everything else.

Just some more symptoms to help identify if anyone knows.

I'v seen this before!
It's quite simple really..
The battery is just cold. Simply put a battery pack on it and give it a whirl.
