All of the same issues as an LR3. The only expensive issue that isn't the same as an LR3 is the active sway bars fitted to supercharged RRS.

Same basic truck as the LR3 LR4. Wheelbase is a little longer and like Jymmie said you can have problems with the active roll control, but only with the supercharged models.

I just drove a 2011 Sport HSE LUX the other day. I have also driven a 2006 Sport Supercharged. The supercharged was more fun, for obvious reasons, but the NA 5.0 is no slouch. The 2011 had better road manners and the interior was a bit more refined, but it's all gravy at that point. They are very enjoyable on the road and feel livelier/more nimble than the L322 Range Rover. Rear room is a bit cozy given the size and the steeper slope of the rear glass reduces cargo capacity.

For practicality purposes I'd take the LR3/4 over a Sport. If on-road driving dynamics outweighed everything else I'd go with the Sport. Of the newer models, however, I still find the Jag 4.4 L322 Range Rover to be the tits. If I want a sports car I'll drive a sports car. It's hard to beat the overall comfort of the L322 and it doesn't lack for power.
