Interesting...a three judge panel of the Court of Appeals for the DC circuit has just ruled that the inability to have sex is a disability protected under federal anti-discrimination laws.

You left out part. She was #7 out of 200 in the exam and was due to start training. After her surgury they denied her entry.
I don't know about the disability angle, but at least don't take things out of context to fit your agenda.
