Can anyone guide me as to how they have done this...I have mailed a brush bar thru UPS and it was expen$ive, and $20 added for them to make a box for it. Any input is appreciated. It will be going from 14305 (Niagara Falls, NY) to 04096 (Maine)

Thanx in advance

Valhalla I am coming home!
Hi Todd, greetings from up north.

Not helpful to you, but amusing to think about having to go this route:

headliner shipping rack

Actually, the only way I can think of doing this is to go to a u-haul box store and buy a mattress shipping box. It's more than sturdy enough to protect the headliner, but probably weighs 2x the headliner. Also, I'm pretty sure a headliner is larger than UPS' allowable girth limits.

Land rover just ships them in a BIG box.

Basically I would put it in a box and maybe put a couple of 1x4s in there.

PS that was my old zip--14305
