I hate to start one of these threads, but if Rob or Ho or anyone that talks to Kyle on a somewhat regular basis would let him know I'm trying to get in touch with him for an update, I'd appreciate it.

Let me guess: You sent him $400 almost a year ago and you have no rack and no refund. I lost patience a long time ago, and he doesn't give 2 shits.

No I don't suspect anything nearly that sinister. He has more than $400 of mine but he has already delivered a truck to me but I am waiting on the bumper and rack. Admittedly, he is slow but he's always given me steady updates as recently as the last week of Aug and he said he'd let me know more in a couple of weeks. It's been 6 weeks or so, so I thought I would try to track him down. Again, anyone who hears from him just let him know I'm trying to reach him...
Now Robb, that's funny! Kyle at MAR would be a good excuse of why I haven't heard from him. I think it's more likely he hopped back up to Canada for some hunting or something along those lines. Who knows? I'm sure I'll hear from him soon enough.

OK, I decided to bump my own thread instead of one of the others that got totally out of control. I'm a very patient person but even I am getting tired of this. I haven't personally heard from Kyle since Aug or Sept. That's 7+ months! That's ridiculous!! At this point I just want my parts or my money back. I really like the look of Kyle's bumpers and racks but if I have to settle for a Scorpion Racing or Terrain Master bumper and a Brownchurch rack, I will. My original order was placed in Sept 04 (yes, you read that right, 2004) with a late Oct promised delivery date. Well that obviously didn't happen. My biggest mistake was sending the money to Kyle in Apr 05 when I bought a truck from him. I got the truck on time as promised but went ahead and sent the extra money for the bumper and rack at the same time and he was to send the products when they were ready. He didn't give me an estimate but I got the impression it would be within a couple of months. We had great communication every few weeks until August when he dropped off the face of the earth. I guess that's where we are today. I saw his post back in January saying everyone would get what they were owed. At this point, my main question is when?!? If Kyle reads this or someone tells him about it, he can post back in this thread or if he doesn't want to he can e-mail me directly or even call. He should have all my contact info still...

Good luck with that. Sue him or forget getting your money, he has evaded numerous folks here and continued to take deposits.
My guess is you will get nada until you sue him, he could care less about anyone he owes money.
