Where can a 2" or so LONGER front shock tower be found? I have found several replacement stock and 2" shorter than stock lengths from equipe4x4 ect... I PM'ed a guy about one he talked about in a thread from a while back but no reply and the company he said didnt pull up anything...

Its for a D2...but i think d2,d1 and d90 are interchangeable???

I don't know if this would work, but it seems like it would... can you just make a spacer to put between the frame and the tower? It might be too flimsy, but it's just a thought.

yeah i thought about that... saves having to run an adapter on any of the d1 tower setups... whick will cut a little from the height causing it to need to be that much taller.

I figured that but 4" longer he would be better off using a short body Blingstein, the longer towers interfere with everything

SB's are part of the plan.

the only thing that is directly in the way is one of the coolant resevoir hoses, there is a slight chance that the actual coolant resevoir might need to be spaced up a little bit. theoretically there is enough clearance, but once it is installed is another story...

im looking into a few different companies right now.
