I'll tell you the disco did awesome and my neighbors big SUV did shit, i.e. Yukon, Suburban... I will admit to making runs through the blizzard as the snow fell though, so I never really attempted driving on 55" of fresh stuff. I got stuck once or twice, but managed to get out, had a neighbor with an F150 and dual lockers-- that helped, but he was not going farther than to help me get out of the nasty stuff.

I pulled numerous idiots out of the ditch during that blizzard, one 80 Y.O. man, likely saved his life, he was in no condition to be out in that shit, let alone driving on a freeway.

Yeah I hear ya dude,

I actually had the short Yukon not the big as Yukon XL. They are for shit on pavement much less snow or mud. My 4door Yukon wasn't great, but alot of it also goes to the driver as well. I was running the mountains in Montana in 2 wheel drive when all the locals were pulling over putting chains on their tires before they attempted to climb the mountains and looked at me as I passed like look at that freaking crazy ass Texan gonna kill himself or somebody.

Oh, I might add I was pulling a small enclosed construction trailer behind me as well. :)

I actually had an old 2dr 94 Tahoe Sport edition, that could run circles around the 97 4x4 4dr in tough terrain, but I bought the 4dr for more bling...tan leather seats ...CD Player etc. :D

Hello, yes my name is Todd and I am a poserholic... :D
