"Good one!"
I stole it from a friend.
As usual, though, there is hidden logic in my post. Here is your clue:
1There once was a farmer.1 He was wealthy for his time, keeping for himself ten goats, three cows, one chicken. 2 Now the farmer adored the eggs that the chicken laid for him to eat. 3 They were of the highest quality, and of good flavor and size. 4 He kept all his animals well, and was provided with a great number of things to eat and drink from them and his small garden, but above all these things, he loved the eggs that the chicken laid. 2 1Now, it came one night that the chicken began to make such a noise as to attract wolves to the farmers land. 2 The farmer was distraught, as each night, one of his goats or cattle was taken away, leaving him with only eight goats and one cow, and his garden trampled upon by the wolves. 3 1 The farmer prayed to his god to save his livestock each night for three days, and in three days, two goats and one cow were gone. 2 The farmer came to his neighbor in his distress, saying: 3 How can I save these animals from the wolves, which are swift, and cannot be caught? 4 His neighbor replied: you must kill this chicken which brings the wolves to your farm, then will your livestock be safe. 4 1The farmer, now having only six goats and one cow, and no garden of healthy plants to eat, thought about this for a long while, and seven days passed. 2 The farmer so loved the eggs that the chicken laid, that he could not destroy it. 3 Now, on the seventh day, he found that he had no more livestock, so he ate his remaining eggs, and set out to find the wolves. 4 When he returned, not having found any wolves, his chicken was gone.
