My wife's D1 is experiencing some weird electrical issues and i suspect the immobilizer is at the centre. When i turn on left indicator, sometimes the wiper comes on. When i lock the doors, sometimes it keeps beeping intermittently. The roof light takes ridiculously long to go off as well.
I am thinking of ridding myself completely of the immobilizer. If i just pull it out will the vehicle continue to function normally without it? And how simple is it to remove?
