Depends on how much it moves, you will have a slight movement even when the bearing end-float is correct.
Are you hearing weird noises? What made you check it? I wouldnt drive it too much until you get it sorted out. Take the hubs out and check the bearings. Fairly easy. How many miles? Might want to get the gaskets, seals, grease, and bearings and replace em as preventative maintanence anyway. I did mine at 75k just for piece of mind. Its relatively inexpensive. If they are bad, they can quickly ruin your front hub assembly, spindle, and CV. This will be a fairly large bill.
