Yo, NorCal, You got San Andreas yet? I want that.

I just got off of the PS2 after a little 2 hour binge of San Andreas. The graphics aren't the greatest, but the gameplay is just plain fun as long as you aren't offended by foul language, violence, and drugs. Plus, the map is HUGE, you could spend hours just exploring. I think I mentioned it in my post up above, one of the cars in the game is a RRC, very cool to see that nice little touch

How does it stack up to Vice City?

I play Halo. Haven't tried playing online yet, but the xboxconnect thing looks promising.

Oh, and I picked Halo 2 up at midnight Monday night (or Tuesday morning?), and I had it beat in time for me to go to work at 8 in the morning. So you could say I'm a bit of an addict.

How does it stack up to Vice City?

At first I was a little disappointed because the gameplay seemed like more of the same and it didn't score the style points that Vice City did (personal preference for Miami Vice and 80s music over Boyz in the Hood and rap). But, after getting a little ways into it I got more and more impressed by the huge scale and more inventive missions. You can do a lot of cool things you couldn't in Vice City (recruit a posse of gang members to follow you around, take over rival territories, gamble, etc). Basically, the lack of that 80s style aside its well worth the money IMHO.
