I fequented this site years ago when I drove my Disco2 in US. Now 2yrs after returning to Hong Kong, I finally placed order for a brand new Defender!!! heehaaa!!!
Here are the details:
* Defender 110 S/W, white. Put down deposit today (~US$6k), will arrive in 6 months hopefully. yah, there's a 6 months waiting list
* Its still diesel and still without any airbag. So I had to register it as a "commercial truck". but hey, I saved on the import tax (100% tax on car in this place)
* Can you believe it only took me 15 min inside the dealership, including checking out the truck?
But I am now thinking... Why they still avoid putting airbag in this truck? Not even as an option?! That's probably the only problem I have with this truck (yah, delivery in 6 months and I am sure there will be tonnes of stuff that I would complain).
Anyway, I am so excited about this that's why I check back into this site! Enjoy guys
