On my 2002 Range Rover, the message center is indicating failure of fuse 12,13, 14, and 15. I checked the fuses located on right hand passenger seat and it looked ok. I tried replacing the fuses but I?m still getting the same fuse failure messages.

Don?t know where to begin troubleshooting electrical issues. Anybody have any suggestions?

LH Rear window, sunroof, radio amp, etc,... that are tied to those fuses are nonfunctional. The only thing that occurred prior to the fuses failure issue was coolant spray into the engine compartment due to failure of a coolant hose.

Yeah, check the harness and wiring and make sure all is good there. Otherwise, it could very well be the BeCM. If it's a simple matter of bad circuits in the BeCM, a good electronics tech can trace and repair those circuits. I repaired my BeCM this way when the previous owner spilled coffee in it. I was get fuse errors too, although in my case the components related to the fuses actually worked. Fixed the BeCM and all was good.

Since the fuse 12-15 located under the front passenger seat tested fine, I decided to check the fuses in the engine compartment. Turns out that Maxi 4 (60A) was blown. Replaced it and all is well. In the owners manual there was a warning not to attempt to replace the fuse and to contact the dealership (see attached). Is there a reason for this warning?
