I guess he doesn't understand that you paid him to make the time to send the springs. Maybe he's just having a hard time finding his truck since it's fucking camouflaged.

Finally got an email from him on Friday, he says he has been very busy and has not had time to ship.:banghead: In the mean time, my son wrecked and totaled my P38 which was in pristine condition and one of the most reliable Rovers I have owned (sans the air suspension that was removed 6 years ago) son is fine because the rover gave its life for him, Im looking for another one now. Anyway I had to put the suspension back on the disco so he will have something to drive, but I have $800 worth of 285-75-16 that I cant use because I don't have the lift.
I shot an email today that stated I want a refund if he cant ship it by Thursday, Im getting pissed I thought he would have at least shipped today he said he "would ship as soon as he could" Damn I work a lot of hrs myself but this is ridiculous.

Thats the same thing he told me before...I was ready to buy his suspension. 2 days later "he has been very busy and has not had time to ship" told me later on that its still on his truck. So he suggested he can bring it to his work and i can pick up. called him up couple days later...Its still on his truck. Get your refund and buy from someone else or just buy a new set.

Pretty sure a buddy of mine tried to buy some tires from this ass clown last year. I don't know the details but I know he never got the tires. Get a refund and buy a set from a reputable seller or buy new.

This is the EXACT reason why I'll spend the few extra bucks getting stuff from a legitimate company...

You wouldn't happen to still have that phone number or know where he works would you? I sent another email today stating I need the stuff shipped by 3PM or I will need a refund. Its 2:25PM CST....guess what no tracking number and no reply....ya think. I had a feeling this was going to go this way after the first delay. Anyway I guess the jokes on me, and Ive been fucked. Wish I was close enough to touch him.

Well Ill be a goddamn monkeys uncle! Go figure, the kid just sent me a FedEx tracking number and its supposed to be here next wed. Its only 15lbs that seems a little light for 4 OME shocks and springs, anyway we'll see and Im glad its on its way. Ill write back when it comes in.

Was it after your deadline? I'd tell him to fuckoff and give you your money back.
15lbs may be just the shocks.

Springs are about 75 lbs... Unless he's trying to fuck FedEx on shipping and that doesn't work bc they will adjust the charge to reflect actual weight.

File a claim with Paypal. Explain everything in detail. I would refuse the package he is sending you and demand a refund through paypal.

RTE 3" springs are 40lbs front, 41 rear...or vice versa. Either way, that's probably just the shocks or part of the shipment.

My Terrafirma front springs and rear were 80lbs for the two boxes, he might have sent 1 shock.

Refuse shipment and file a refund with Paypal.

The tracking shows 2:01PM so he made the deadline but there is no way this is all of it. unless its a typo it should be around 80-90lbs, Fuck I don't know, but this has been one shitty deal. Im more upset about this than I am about loosing my 01 P38, I guess its because my son is alive after the wreck vs the "Your getting fucked" factor of this deal, I don't know whats going on in the last few years with online purchases, but it seems like the negative experiences out weigh the positive purchases, it use to be the other way around this country is going to shit you cant trust any fuckin body!

I have a little over a 3" lift that I'd sell you in a few weeks when my new stuff gets here. $250+shipping.

Get your money back, and send it to me because I won't screw you over.

Im wondering if he actually shipped this stuff or if he just set up tracking????? I cant get an answer right now. If its not actually been shipped or if its a partial shipment I emailed him and told him to refund the money immediately.
