I have a pair of 4.0 heads (SAI), set of valve covers, springs, valves etc for sale. Heads are in good shape. I was told they were taken off a D2 with about 30K. These are SAI heads, if you want to use it on a D1/P38/D90 you'll have to have a welder fill the secondary air inlets in.
I'll also include my coil pack that has on bad coil. Other 3 are in good shape and functioning.
