I use Google as a spell checker on occasion.

Google is fast and I usually have an instance of IE running so the convenience factor is there too.

Plus, it's a good bet that most people on the Internet have correctly spelled what I'm looking for and Google is always willing to point that out.

While trying to get the correct spelling for "Cerebral Aneurism" Google suggested an alternate spelling as well as provided some helpful links to help my research. The links included:
