Anyone heard of this company?

Driveshaft Power INC. FL based company which has a "CV" front D/S on the flea bay...

Overall just ate a u-joint in the front prop shaft and am wondering about alternatives or new 'stock' but grease-able shafts. I know and read a ton on the TW version - but I'm not running a lifted/kitted truck yet - is the TW or other HD shafts necessary on a stock rig? Bite it in preparation for a lift down the road when the SLS craps?

Getting ready to move out to Utah with the end of my service this month and need to keep it on the budget for now.

Thanks - and Happy 4th of July!! :patriot:

When the joint went it took part of the flange in the Cardon section and cracked the side... lucked out with it not being catastrophic.

Aware of the TW option - but is it likened to using a back hoe to plant a tomato plant? I'm not running anything but stock for now, and need to keep this repair budget. Do new(ish) grease-able stock shafts cost near as much?

New, the stockers cost more. You should be able to pick up a used one cheap and have the greasable joints installed. Prices can vary GREATLY for DS rebuilds.
