So we live a town of about 30K where stuff like this does not happen everyday, but last night at 2230 someone did a driveby and shot my rover and my moms tahoe. Looks like they used SKS, noone was hurt just a little shaken up. heres some pictures

Police asked me if I had any enemies but I dont. I've been gone for 2 years and just got back 2 weeks ago. Its so random that it makes you think someone was out to mess up my stuff and that its not just a random act. They think my truck was the target since I had 3 bullet holes, mom had 2 the garage got one and the last missed. The rover I'm not worried about it was totaled a week ago from a hail storm. The tahoe will be fixed in the morning.
If you look in one of the pictures my back door handle cover was broken off. It happened in South Dakota and a few were baseball sized. It took out my windshield one alpine window and every panel. But she runs good so I kept her and now I'm look for a 4-door Tacoma.
that's just more of a reason to use it as a trail rig. If all the panels are bent, then what's a little trail rash?

these are MUCH more popular with the GB crowd cause they have detachable mags, whereas most SKS have fixed magazines making it harder to reload

7.62 x 39r round does wonders to flesh. Believe me that even though the police seem to be standing on it and not doing anything they in all actuallity are, especially in a small town like that. If they find the people i would hate to be them... Lots of jurisdictions can look on it as an attempted murder (they wont be charged as such, but will be prosecuted just as hard-even if you dont press charges) but then again you'd be stupid not to.
