if you look closely in the second picture you can see that the gas hatch has been popped open...someone prob stealing the gas out of it..

Scott, the person stealing the gas might have been the police. I was surfing the net earlier and saw where police in one of the cities; New Orleans, Biloxi/Gulfport or Mobile (I can't remember which) were going around syphoning gas from cars not underwater to run all the emergency generators. Can't really get to the gas stations at this point and $50 worth of gas is the least of that Disco owners problems...
