I for one am not anyone's Babysitter and certainly not planing to become one this year.

What happened last year ( was sad ) and the parties involved will deal with that for years to come.

Can we please leave the " OFF EVENT " comments , bullshit and personal feelings out of the event thread?

Yes The Conclave will take place again this year on the aforementioned dates.

Remember why The Conclave was created? I will help you.... It was created to be the East Coast event for Land Rover Owners to wheel in a great venue and have the opportunity to share time with other like minded individuals, IT NEVER WAS an " ANTI " anything and will certainly remain that way.

Thanks in advance to those who supported us last year and will continue to do so this year as well as welcoming those who will join us for the first time.

It's unfortunate that just about any event that attempts to get organized suddenly provokes people to want it to fail. I've never understood that. I think this is what Mike is talking about to some degree. It makes the entire community look like a bunch of whining school girls - which in fact it is when this shit goes down.

If you don't want to go or think it's too lame for your taste, then don't show up. Want to go, support the vendors that work to provide what you want, then go.

If we're not busy training during this time frame we'd be happy to be involved in any capacity - training, demonstrations, etc.
